Brochures are becoming a very popular marketing tool among real estate agents. Brochures are marketing materials that target reads with a concise message that will generate business.
Because they are becoming very popular, it is crucial that you make yours unique and stand out from your competition.
To ensure you get a huge impact and perfect impression on clients you must have an original message that is different than others. With brochures, you have an opportunity to build an image that motivates and persuades your clients to go to you and your offer. Your brochures can be an exceptional marketing tool. Great content, unique design, great eye appeal, engaging headlines and format that is organized and relevant will come together to be a great effective brochure.
Start by providing your clients with an original brochure that will get their attention. Grab their interest.
Here’s a great layout plan:
Front page: This is the “teaser” page. It’s what will grab their attention and get them to want more and pique their interest to look at what you have to offer. Make sure to add a powerful motto or slogan, something that they will associate with you.
Inside pages: Now that you have their attention, get them to stay. Use relevant and useful information to get your clients to learn about you, and what you have to offer. Be brief, don’t dazzle them with unnecessary things, they will loose interest quickly. Make it easy to understand. Make sure you use words that are easy for anyone to understand. At time industry words are out of common vocabulary. You images should be visually appealing and relay the message your brochure is conveying.
Last Page: this is the “Call To action” page. Include all the major details including a website if you have one. This is where they will look to find out what to do and where to go to contact you. You can leave empty space on the back page, to ensure it is simple to the point.
